DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DECOMPOSING FOAMED RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject device for efficiently recovering the resource for foamed resin by converting the waste foamed resin to the raw materials for foamed resin, for example, polyol or the like by equipping the apparatus with the waste material feeder, the decomposing agent injector, the decomposition reaction promoting zone, the devolatilization zone and the extruder. The cylinder temperature of the extruder 2 is set, crushed urethane foam resin are charged to the inlet 1 of the foamed resin, the decomposition agent is injected to the liquid injection inlet 6 with the pump 5.
