Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart excellent heat-shielding property, heat insulating property and durability to glass and to allow the glass to exhibit a desired transmitted color tone and a reflected color tone. SOLUTION: A first SnO2: F film 2a obtained by doping, as an element to impart electroconductivity, fluorine(F) into SnO2 film is formed on the surface of a glass base plate and a TiN film 3 is formed on the surface of the first SnO2: F film 2a, and further, a second SnO2: F film 2b is formed on the surface of the TiN film 3. The film thickness of the TiN film 3 is set to be 5 to 25 nm, and the total film thickness of the first and second SnO2: F films 2a, 2b is set to be 200 to 800 nm. Further, the fluorine content in the first and second SnO2: F films 2a, 2b is set to be 0.01 to 0.5 wt.%. |
