Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount many cell buffer circuits onto a circuit even if a counter is configured by using a memory. SOLUTION: The circuit is provided with cell presence flag transmission circuits 11-31 that transmit a significant presence flag when no cell is present in corresponding buffer circuits 10-30, weight presence flag transmission circuits 12-32 that transmit a significant weight presence flag when a count corresponding to a count memory 4 is decremented into 0, and count initializing flat transmission circuits 13-33 that simultaneously transmit a significant count initializing flag when either or both of the cell presence flag and the weight presence flag corresponding respectively all the cell buffer circuits 10-30 are significant, and a cell output circuit 43 initializes only a corresponding count when one of the cell buffer circuits 10-30 is selected for cell output and the corresponding count initializing flag is significant. |
