Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the response of a current drive circuit by minimizing an increase in current consumption without changing a decided drive current with respect to a response at a rise through the addition of a simple additional circuit to the current drive circuit. SOLUTION: The current drive circuit consists of a current source 2 that drives a capacitive load 1, an over-drive circuit 3 that assists drive of the capacitive load 1 by the current source 2, and a band gap type voltage detection circuit 4 that detects a voltage of a load drive terminal 10 that is a voltage across the capacitive load 1, operates the over-drive circuit 3 on the basis of the detected voltage and assists the drive of the capacitive load 1 by the current source 2 as its control.
