Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of preventing an oxidizer exhaust path from being blocked, enhancing battery life and maintaining stable power generation performance by preventing moisture from residing in the oxidizer exhaust path. SOLUTION: This fuel cell is provided with a cell 12 having an anode electrode 50 on one side of an electrolyte 14 and a cathode electrode 20 on the other side, a fuel plate 56 having a fuel chamber 54 communicating with a fuel gas and an oxidizer plate 26 having an oxidizer chamber 24 communicating with an oxidizer gas, an oxidizer introducing path 28 for supplying the oxidizer gas to the oxidizer chamber 24 and an oxidizer exhaust path 30 for releasing the exhausted oxidizer gas exhaust from the oxidizer chamber 24 outside air. A cell unit 10 is constructed by sandwiching the cell 12 with the plates 56 and 26. The fuel cell is laminated with a plurality of the cell units 10. In the fuel cell, the oxidizer exhaust path 30 is provided with a first opening 32 communicating with the oxidizer chamber 24 and a second opening 34 communicating with outside air. The width of the second opening 34 is formed narrower than the first opening 32.
