SOLUTION: With operation keys, a folder as a movement destination and the insertion position of a message file in another folder as the movement destination are specified. On a display, the total number 63 of message files in the folder and the position number 64 of the message file in the folder are displayed, and a holder name 62A of one folder as a movement source and a folder name 62B of other folder as the movement destination are displayed with tags. When another folder name 62B as the movement destination is specified with the operation keys, the specified folder name 62B on the display is displayed with the tag and when the insertion position 64 of the message file in another folder is specified with the operation keys, the position number 64 of the insertion position of the folder is displayed in the folder.
