PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and miniaturize a device by providing a carrying means or the like carrying specimen vessels and reaction vessels under the condition in which both are mixed. SOLUTION: A carrying means 1 carries specimen vessels 10 and reaction vessels 12 in a ring-like track under the condition of mixing them. Accordingly, when this is compared with a device arranging different carrying means for every sort of the vessels, the device can be miniaturized. During carry by the carrying means 1, a specimen and reagent sucked from the specimen are discharged to the reaction vessel 12, and fixed reaction is begun. During the analysing process, the reaction vessel 12 is carried from the carrying means 1 to a reactor 6, and hereat reaction is proceeded to detect a signal. The reactor 6 is provided with a temperature regulating function maintaining at fixed temperature, and the temperature regulating function is, for example, constituted by combining a temperature sensor with a heat source. Further in the reactor 6, a washing device 7, a dispensing device 9, a detecting means 8 of fluorescence, light absorption, light emission, and the like, are arranged. The washing device 7 is constituted of a double tube of a washing liquid discharge tube and a liquid drain pipe.
