Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger having a high corrosion resistance in a wide temperature range from a high temperature zone to a low, in a hot water supply apparatus. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 6 of a water heating apparatus 1 has a constitution wherein heat absorbing fins 13 through which water tubes 14 are inserted are disposed in a tubular drum body 11, and wherein combustion gas led to the drum body 11 is led to these heat absorbing fins 13 to heat the water flowing through the water tubes 14, and hot water thus obtained is supplied outside the apparatus. In this heat exchanger 6, a nickel-plated copper plate is used for a copper material of the water tubes 14, the heat absorbing fins 13 or others.
