Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide well-lit, open concourses in a large-scale athletic facility. SOLUTION: In this large-scale athletic facility for use in playing ball games and holding various events, concourses 5 serving as corridors are provided along approximately the overall outermost periphery of the facility, and the roof surfaces 6 and exterior wall surfaces 7 of the concourses 5 are formed approximately entirely of glass surfaces. A domed roof 4 covering the entire athletic facility is provided and the roof surfaces 6 of the concourses 5 are inclined faces that continue with the domed roof 4. The exterior wall surfaces 7 of the concourses 5 are inclined surfaces which are inclined inwardly from the ends of the roof surfaces 6.
