Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and uniformly fill a heat insulating material in a space between an external casing and an internal structure by a simple structure by providing a filling port for the heat insulating material and a gas inlet at the upper end section of the external casing, and providing a plurality of vacuumizing nozzles with certain intervals from the lower end of the external casing in the axial direction. SOLUTION: First, a vacuumization is performed from a vacuumizing nozzle 8 at the lowermost end, and while a nitrogen gas is introduced from a nitrogen gas inlet 6, pearlite is charged from a pearlite filling port 5, and the pearlite is filled in an external tower 1 from the lower side. When the pearlite has been filled to the top of a vacuumizing nozzle 9 of a next stage, a vacuumization is performed from the vacuumizing nozzle 9, and while a region which is not filled is pressurized by introducing the nitrogen gas from the nitrogen gas inlet 6, the pearlite is charged from the pearlite filling port 5. This procedure is repeated to an upper stage, and the pearlite is filled in the external tower 1 in a manner to be gradually accumulated, and the whole body is uniformly consolidation-filled. Therefore, a high heat insulating effect can be obtained, and the work efficiency is improved as well. |
