Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely reinforce a hollow structure with a foamed reinforcing member obtd. by fully foaming a reinforcing member of a hollow structure before foaming foamed, without inviting waste energy consumption and cost increase. SOLUTION: A reinforcing member 11 before foaming is placed in a hollow chamber 4 of a side sill 1, or a hollow structure and is heated to be arranged as a foamed reinforcing member 9 having a closing cross-sectional shape of the hollow chamber 4 a reinforcement construction of a hollow structure having the hollow structure 1 reinforced with the above-described foamed reinforcing member 9 is provided. The reinforcing member 11 before foaming has plural foam plates 12 having protruded bosses 122 molded at the center, and each of the foam plates 12 is integrally joined with adjacent plates 12 with protruded bosses 122 in-between.
