SOLUTION: This stuffing material is made of a core material 3 formed into a knit-like structure with core material fibers 1, and feather material fibers 2 knitted into the loops of the core material 3. The stuffing material also comprises a compound fiber with an S-shaped cross section having a dent section where the feather material fibers 2 are combined with two or more kinds of different thermoplastic polymers, or compound fibers with an H-shaped cross section or a compound fiber with a 9-shaped cross section having a hollow section, or a compound fiber with an 8-shaped cross section.
