Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a separator for fuel assembly transportation having stiffness of the outer frame necessary for treating semiautomatically by machinary, better productivity and lower cost than a metal separator, small fuel abrasion and damage possibility and usability in a high temperature environment. SOLUTION: A separator 7 has a square U-shape metal outer frame 103, a heat resistant resin base 102 and a heat resistant resin plate spring 101. The metal outer frame and the heat resistant resin base are fitted with metal holder members 104 with a square U-shape cross section at the both sides of the base 102 and a bottom plate 103a of the outer frame 103 one by one so as to pinch each side from the top and the bottom. The bottom plate 103a and the metal holder member 104 are fixed by contacting by spot welding 110.
