Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carefully regulate a refrigerant amount with which a main route is filled and provide excellent COP by reducing the occurrence of a fear of liquid being compressed by a compressor, in a refrigerating cycle provided with a compressor, a radiator, an expansion device, and an evaporator and employing CO2 as a refrigerant. SOLUTION: A bypass passage 10 is provided to bypass an expansion device. A liquid receive tank 11, a first control valve 12 positioned closer to the radiator side than the liquid receiving tank, and a second control valve 13 positioned on the evaporator side are arranged in the bypass passage. A refrigerant stored in the liquid receiving tank 11 is separated into a gas phase and a liquid phase, and an amount of a refrigerant with which a main route is filled is regulated by regulating an amount of a refrigerant transferred from a main route to a liquid receiving tank 11 through a first control valve 12, or an amount of a gas phase refrigerant delivered from the liquid receiving tank 11 to the main route through the second control valve 13. An expansion device 5 and the second control valve 13 are controlled so that the degree of superheat of an evaporator 6 is adjusted to a value within a given range. |
