SOLUTION: A hollow service pipe structure body 9 is provided with an outer peripheral portion 34 formed by a double wall part composed of a hollow outer wall body 30 and an inner wall body 31 located within the outer wall body 30; and a hollow portion 35 in a center part. A framework body 37 is inserted in a space area 36 formed by the outer wall body 30 and the inner wall body 31 of the service pipe structure body 9, which enables obtaining a service pipe structure body facilitating transportation and construction, and having large stiffness.
