SOLUTION: A disc type flexible plate 1 high in rigidity in the circumferential direction and low in rigidity in the diametrical direction is clamped by a pair of damping plates 2, 3 free to elastically deform having curved cross-section shapes, a part of the inner peripheral side of the flexible plate 1 is fastened on a shaft end of a crankshaft 5 with the damping plates 2, 3, and a specified part on the outside in the diametrical direction of the inner peripheral side part of the flexible plate 1 is clamped while pressurizing it from front and back by curved parts 24, 34 of a pair of the damping plates 2, 3.
