Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate always stable frictional braking force by connecting a footing part of a semispherical footing structure and the equator vicinity of a semispherical cover body by plural springs, fixing a support member to a proper place of the semispherical cover body, and connecting the support member and a movable member in a spherical joint coupling with a braking function. SOLUTION: A semispherical footing structure 1 is fixed to a footing such as the ground, and outward overhanging three fixing support parts 12 are arranged in a proper place in a footing part 11 further lower than the equatorial position G. Outward overhanging three spring locking parts 21 are arranged in the equator vicinity G of a lower end part of a semispherical cover body 2 in response to these three fixing support parts 12, and springs 5 are respectively arranged and connected between these spring locking parts 21 and the fixing support parts 12. A spherical support member 23 for supporting a structural footing beam 6 being a movable member is fixed to the apex of the semispherical cover body 2, and this support member 23 is rotatably fitted to a bearing 61 arranged in an under surface proper place of the structural footing beam 6. |
