PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that a first half-cutting position is shifted to the upstream side in the feed direction of a marker tube having stretchability with respect to a printing position when the marker tube is printed or half cut. SOLUTION: A half-cutting position control means 17 performing half cutting in matching relation to printing feed quantity by controlling the driving of a tube feed means and a tube half-cutting means and a half-cutting position altering input means 2 for correcting and altering a head half-cutting position are provided and the half-cutting position control means corrects and alters the head half-cutting position on the basis of the feed correction value based on the input of a half-cutting position altering input means.
