Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a Bokashi (EM bacilli-fermented) fertilizer obtained from garbage, and the like, at a high temperature and to convert garbage into a fertilizer in a short period even in winter by arranging a lower part grating for supporting packed garbage, a heating unit, and an air convection layer and introducing air supplied from the air inlet of an upper lid into a garbage packing layer through an ambient space between inner and outer containers. SOLUTION: The upper part opening of an outer container 1 is closed with an upper lid 2 excellent in insulating performance, the like, and a heating unit 4 is arranged in the bottom part of an inner container 3 excellent in durability, and the like. A lower part void layer 5 is arranged in the lower part of the unit 4, and air supplied from the air inlet of the upper lid 2 is sent to the void layer 5 through an ambient space 8 between the inner and outer containers 1, 3 and supplied to the garbage packing layer of the inner container 3 through a lower part grating 7. A material in which a Bokashi fertilizer, field soil, rice bran, and the like, are mixed with garbage is charged onto the grating 7 in the inner container 3. In this way, the garbage packing layer is kept at a high temperature, and the garbage is converted into a fertilizer in a short period even in winter.
