Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize a pressurized load during pressurization by electrode rods and to improve a heat balance. SOLUTION: This energizing welding connecting connector has a terminal plate 3, which is held between a pair of electrode rods 5, 6 together with an electric wire conductor 2 and to which the electric wire conductor 2 is welded and connected via energization to the electrode rods 5, 6. In this case, a metal plate 4 is interposed between the electrode rod 5 and the electric wire conductor 2 on the side opposite to the terminal plate 3. Since the metal plate 4 is interposed between the electrode rod 5 and the electric wire conductor 2 directly abutting against each other in prior art, a pressurized load or a contact resistance can be equalized and an energization path becomes symmetric, thereby improving positioning property and heat balance. Breaking strength at a connected portion is also enhanced and stability is improved.
