Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vacuum insulation type superconductor cooling device which can exhibit a more superior cooling performance. SOLUTION: A cooling device 1 has an outer container 2 and an inner container 3 put in the container 2. The lid section 37 of the container 3 has a through hole 42 made coaxially with a through hole 21 (an inside section 18 and a first hole section 30) and a sapphire bar 43 is passed through and fixed in the hole 42 as a heat conductor. One end (lower end) of the bar 43 is brought into contact with liquid nitrogen 4 in the inner container 3 and the other end (upper end) of the bar 43 is extended to the position opposite to a sapphire plate 33 outside the inner container 3 after passing through the inner peripheral section of the inside section 18 of a second container section. A SQUID substrate 44 is placed on and attached to the attaching surface 43a on the other end of the sapphire bar 43 as a superconductor. |
