Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for supply and exhaust grill which can be fixed satisfactorily easily to a chamber section. SOLUTION: Coil section 9a of a torsional coil spring 9 is supported by the coil support part of a spring fixing plate 11 secured to an outer frame panel 5. The spring fixing plate 11 is arranged with an arm support part 11a for supporting two arm parts 9b from below to clamp the coil support part. The arm support part 11a is provided with a groove 11c for receiving resilience of the arm parts 9b. Consequently, the torsional coil spring 9 is held in a state of standing facing toward the chamber 13 side.
