DRAIN HOSE FOR AIR CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a drain hose by inserting it again after once extracting it for repair and movement of an apparatus while forming an inner tube by using a polyolefine resin material such as PE resin or PP resin which is liable to deteriorate in aging in comparison with PVC resin and poor in elasticity by eliminating use of PVC resin causing many environmental problems. SOLUTION: This drain hose is constituted of a polyolefine resin made seamless cylindrical inner tube 1, a cylindrical foaming synthetic resin made heat insulating layer 2 to cover an outer peripheral surface of the inner tube 1 and a sleeve 3 to be connected to a tube end of the inner tube 1. The inner tube 1 is furnished with a cylindrical part 13 for connection to a drain discharge port of air-conditioning equipment on one end side, the cylindrical part 13 is formed larger in diameter than an outer diameter of the drain discharge port, the sleeve 3 is furnished with an inner peripheral surface 31 roughly of the same diameter as the outer diameter of the drain discharge port and an outer peripheral surface roughly of the same diameter as an inner diameter of the drain discharge port, and an engagement projection 33 to prevent relative movement in the axial direction and a fitting recessed part 15 are formed between these connecting cylindrical part 13 of the inner tube 1 and outer peripheral surface of the sleeve 3.
