Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulp-treating apparatus capable of sufficiently carrying out treatment of pulp by improving treating efficiency in screening. SOLUTION: A rectifying member 31 is provided in close to a pulp feed port 5 above the pulp feed port 5 in a pulp inlet part 3. The rectifying member 31 has a pulp feed port opposing part 32 formed in conical shape and a part 33 formed in spherical surface-like shape. In the rectifying member 31, a pulp feed port opposing part 32 is installed in the pulp inlet part 3 so that the center of a pulp feed port 5 is located on extension of axial line of cone in a state opposed to the pulp feed port 5. The attachment of the rectifying member 31 to the pulp inlet part 3 is carried out by three supporting members 34 extending to diameter direction.
