DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DETECTING ABNORMALITY OF WORKING MACHINE USING ROLL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detecting device and abnormality detecting method of working machine using rolls for automatically discriminating the abnormality generated on a work or the device itself. SOLUTION: When vibrational frequency generated in the objective part to be worked is passed through four prescribed kinds of nine filters (F1-F4) in every part and the output of F4 on the lowest frequency side or F1 on the highest frequency side is deviated from 0 dB, those filters are offset in the same direction on the high frequency side or the low frequency side in accordance with the degree of damping of the output from a default state and, using the F1-F4 of a new offset frequency band, filtering is again executed. When the offset amount is over a specified amount, it is judged as the abnormality in the material of the work and when the offset amount is within the range of the specified amount and the greatly damped output is present in the all output of the filters after off-setting, it is judged as the abnormality of a working roller corresponding to the output of the filter.
