Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide washings with an effective surging wash, using one water flow caused from the inversion of a pulsator and another water flow caused from the inertial rotation of a washing and dewatering tub, to reduce the noise emitted from the member of a clutch system when a mode is switched, and to improve the convenience of a user. SOLUTION: In this system the upper edge of a pulsator shaft 18 inserted into a tub shaft 15 rotatably is fixed, and the rotation of the pulsator shaft 18 is transmitted to the tub shaft 15 detachably. In this case, a clutch member 21 is disposed on the outer periphery of the tub shaft 15 in the axial direction of the tub shaft 15 so as to slide freely. Thereby, the first state wherein the pulsator 18 is connected with the tub shaft 15, by engaging the clutch member 21 with a second engaging means 20a disposed on the tub shaft 15 and the pulsator shaft 18, the second state wherein the clutch member 21 is engaged only with the tub shaft 15, and the third state wherein the clutch member 21 is engaged with both the tub shaft 15 and a third engaging means 13b disposed on the washing machine body in order to prevent the tub shaft 15 from rotating, are taken. |
