SOLUTION: Inside a pair of side frames 2, a ventilation passage 23 provided through the length of them and opened at corresponding positions of ventilators 107 in a mattress 100. Inside a headboard 3, a vertical air discharge passage 33 opened at an upper part of it and communicated with one end of the ventilation passage 23 is formed. Inside a footboard 4, an air suction passage 43 opened at a lower part of it and communicated with the other end of the length of the ventilation passage 23 is formed. Heated and humid air discharged from inner space in the mattress 100 through the ventilators 107, etc., to the ventilation passage 23 is lifted in the air discharge passage 33 by specific gravity difference and tunnel effect to be discharged, and relatively dry air is supplied from the air suction passage 43 through the ventilation passage 23 into the inner space in the mattress 100.
