X-RAY IMAGE TUBE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image tube device which operates stably. SOLUTION: This X-ray image tube device comprises an input part for converting X-rays into photoelectrons, electrodes 18, 19 for accelerating/focusing photoelectrons, an output part 20 for converting electrons accelerated/focused by the electrodes 18, 19 into an output signal and then outputting it, a vacuum envelope 11 accommodating the input part, the electrodes 18, 19 and the output part 20, an ion pump 21 installed inside the vacuum envelope 11 and a power source circuit 33 for producing a voltage to be applied to the ion pump 21, wherein a protective resistor 36 is connected between a cathode 21b of the ion pump 21 and the power source circuit 33 for electrical insulation between them.
