Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image memory device which can efficiently read image data out even when the image data are successively read out of an image memory not in the direction where burst access can be gained. SOLUTION: An image is sectioned into square blocks (rectangular areas) and image data of pixels included in one block are made to correspond to one row space so that row spaces corresponding to two blocks adjacent to each other having their sizes in contact belong to different SDRAMs and row spaces corresponding to four blocks sharing one origin all belong to different banks. Consequently, blocks As-i and Aa-j and Bb-i and Bb-j are never adjacent to each other, and consequently even if image data of dots succeeding across the sides of blocks are read out, the same SDRAM is not successively accessed before and behind the sides. |
