SOLUTION: This reamer for laying pipeline by non-cut and cover method is provided with a rod body 20A where a circulation hole 20Ac for circulating a liquid into an inner portion, in which an internal thread 20Aa is coupled to a rod at a front end portion, a circulation hole for circulating a liquid through the inside provided for extending in radial direction to the rod main body 20A, arms 20B1, 20B2, 20B3 where a jet hole 20Bb is opened front wards to communicate with the circulation hole, a ring 20C supported by the arms 20B1, 20B2, 20B3, and excavating blades 20D arranged at adequate positions in front of the ring portion 20C and arms 20B1, 20B2, 20B3.
