AFTERCONSTRUCTION ANCHOR EMBEDDING METHOD AND JIG FOR EMBEDDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save work for embedding an anchor in a concrete structure such as a bridge pier for a high-way, to shorten a construction period and to improve constructing accuracy. SOLUTION: An afterconstruction anchor embedding method comprises continuously a first step of making a lower hole 3 having a larger diameter than the axial diameter of an afterconstruction anchor in a wall face of a construction and cleaning the interior of the hole, a second step of mounting and fixing onto the wall face of the construction a jig 1 which has an anchor supporting hole passing through the surface and reverse at the center of a base plate formed of a transparent resin plate and a nozzle insertion hole and a bleeder hole at the side thereof, a third step of inserting a filling material pouring nozzle into the anchor insertion hole in the jig for centering the anchor at the center of the lower hole 3, a fourth step of pouring filling material such as epoxy resin in a space of the lower hole 3 encircling the anchor through the pouring nozzle and a fifth step of removing the jig 1 from the wall face of the afterconstruction in which the filling material is cured and hardened.
