Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a required space in a ciliary body groove, and to fix an intraocular lens to the ciliary body groove after performing a cataract operation by arranging a holding part fixed in a circumferential shape to the ciliary body groove, a holding part for holding the intraocular lens and a joining part for integrally joining these both holding parts. SOLUTION: Both holding parts composed of both annular ring parts 1, 2 having a large diameter and a small diameter are integrally joined by a joining part composed of a C-shaped part 3. At this time, in the annular ring part 1 having a large diameter, the diameter is set not less than 10 mm, and a shape is formed into an annular ring shape in a plan view. While, in the annular ring part 2 having a small diameter, the shape is formed into an annular ring shape, and a diameter is set larger than an optical part of an intraocular lens, or an effective optical part is set not less than 3 mm even if it is smaller than the optical part of the intraocular lens. The C-shaped part 3 is formed so that both annular ring parts 1, 2 become two stages, and a vertical distance V between both annular ring parts 1, 2 is set not less than 0.1 mm. A hole 4 for inserting and moving an auxiliary tool is bored in a connecting part of the annular ring part 1 and the C-shaped part 3.
