Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message transmission system by which a computer processing time required for the execution of a notification service can be reduced eve when a plurality of even recipients requiring the same event are in existence. SOLUTION: In a network management system with a notification service function section implementing a multiple address function and a transmission message contents discrimination function in this message notice system, two event channels D1, D2 in the notification service function section are used and connected in series, filter processing is conducted in the 1st stage and multiple address is implemented in the 2nd stage.
