Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the diameter of the tip part of an endoscope small and to prevent a diseased part, etc., from being influenced by excessive irradiation of illuminating light. SOLUTION: By adopting a convex lens 64 as the illumination optical system of the tip part 21 of an insertion part 11, the diameter of the tip part 21 is made small. Then, a surface sequential type CCD 43 having no filter optically separating colors is adopted as an image pickup means, and white light is not supplied to a light guide 63 from a light source device 3 but small surface sequential illuminating light is supplied to energy transmitted through R, G and B filters 75R, 75G and 75B provided in a rotary filter 74. Thus, the intensity of illuminating light at a condensing point 68 in the case of condensing the light at the condensing point 68 through the lens 64 is set to a value at which the diseased part is not influenced, and further the maximum value of illuminating light quantity emitted is restricted by a diaphragm 78 when the emitted light quantity of a lamp 71 is large. |
