Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the working vibration of a damper installed in space between two constituent members being relatively displaceable with each other from being transmitted to these constituent members as a solid transmitting sound. SOLUTION: In this damping device, a damper is provided in space between H shape steel 23 as each individual constituent member side connecting metal member (bracket) integrally installed in both upper and lower beams of two constituent members being relatively displaceable with each other. Three buffers 27a, 27b and 27c for absorbing a propagated vibration after interrupting those of direct contact among composed surfaces of these connecting metal members 19, 23 and 25, are interposingly installed in a joined part by means of a bolt-nut 25 lying between a plate flange 19a of a damper side connecting metal member 19 connected to the damper via a pin and a mounting plate part (flange) 23a of the H shape steel 23.
