Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure reducing device restraining generation of noises and erosion. SOLUTION: An internal pipe like body 7 is arranged with a prescribed gap in an external pipe like body 2 provided with end plates 4, 6 having inlet/ outlet nozzle parts 8, 5 for liquid on both ends. Partition plates 8 are arranged in multiple stages in the internal pipe like body 7. A fluid restriction part 9 comprising a pipe like side wall part 11 with a prescribed height and a choking end plate part 12 provided on an end of the pipe like side wall part 11 is formed at an opening part 8a formed at the center part of the individual partition plates 8. Four hole parts 13 are formed on the pipe like side wall parts 11 of individual fluid restriction parts 9.
