SOLUTION: This nonwoven fabric is made of an acrylonitrile-based copolymer copolymerized with 0.4-1.4 mol% p-styrenesulfonic acid and/or its salt and having 0.05-0.5 specific viscosity, contains >=30 wt.% superfine acrylic fiber having 0.01-0.6 dtex fineness, has a three dimensional stereoscopic entanglement structure where constituent fibers including acrylic fiber are entangled with a ground fabric comprising woven and/or knitted goods and contains a polymeric elastomer.
