Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesion of an organic silicate compound to a sheet and durability of soil resistance by adding an isocyanato group-containing compound, an amino resin or a silicate compound to a fluororesin. SOLUTION: As a fluororesin, is preferably employed a homopolymer such as PVDF, PVF and the like, a binary copolymer such as VDF/HFP, VDF/CTFE and the like, and a terpolymer VDF/HFP/TFE, and the like. As an isocyanato group-containing compound is preferably employed one which is low volatile in itself or one which is not diluted with a solvent or the like, because at least 150 deg.C is required on molding into various shapes and sheet. As the amino resin there can be exemplified a methylolated amino resin obtained by reacting an aldehyde with an amino component such as melamine, urea, benzoguanamine and the like. A silicate compound is an inorganic silicate compound comprising SiO2 constituent units and has preferably residual terminal Si-OH units.
