Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the temperature of the dropping region of a mixed liquid from lowering from the temperature of its neighborhood even when the mixed liquid is dropped from a single nozzle by a method wherein the determined region of a surface material under running is locally heated before the dropping of a foaming phenolic resin mixed liquid. SOLUTION: For example, as a surface material, a painted steel plate having a thickness of 0.27 mm is mechanically formed in accordance with a standard pattern so as to heat the formed steel plate in a preheating oven up to 70 deg.C and further heat a local part before the dripping region of a foaming phenolic resin mixed liquid with a blaster. Just after the dropping of the foaming phenolic resin mixed liquid, a rear surface material prepared by laminating a kraft paper and an aluminum foil covers the surface material. Next, the expansion and hardening of the resultant materials are completed in a heating oven in order to manufacture a metallic siding. In this case, a mixture of a resol type phenolic resin, a foaming material (dichloromethane), a foam stabilizer and an aromatic sulfonic catalyst is employed as the foaming phenolic resin mixed liquid. |
