Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide decomposition bacteria capable of decomposing a detergent composition alone when the detergent composition contained in waste water is decomposed, and its holdback carrier. SOLUTION: A decomposition method of the detergent composition by which the detergent composition is decomposed under an aerobic condition by using Burholderia capcia alone as the decomposition bacteria, in the liquid containing straight chain alkylbenzene sulfonate as the detergent composition, is a basic means. Also, a porous material in which microoganisms are living, is mixed with a liquid containing the straight chain alkylbenzene sulfonate as the detergent composition, and in an inorganic synthetic medium in which the straight chain alkylbenxene sulfonate is a carbon source, the Burkholderia cepacia as aerobic decomposition bacteria are accumulated and retained in a porous material to obtain a carrier.
