Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the necessary amounts of a sterilizer and a sterilizer treatment agent, shorten the time necessary to carry out the sterilization treatment, and decrease the amount of air to be discharged to the aerospace after treatment in the case sterilization is carried out in a glove box. SOLUTION: This glove box is installed in a space where the available amount of air is limited and is provided with a closed working chamber 1. In this case a front chamber 3 for carrying out washing and sterilization of a specimen to be brought into the working chamber 1 is installed adjacent to the working chamber 1 or a working room 1 is divided into the working chamber 1 for carrying out a work and a front chamber 3 for carrying out washing and sterilization of a specimen to be brought into the working chamber 1 and a detachable or openable wall 2 is installed between the working chamber 1 and the front chamber 3.
