Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display stand capable of easily performing assembly, being turned to a flat shape just by being folded after use and easily performing an abandonment processing in a foldable display stand. SOLUTION: This display stand is constituted of two supporting plates 10 and 12 oppositely arranged with a prescribed interval and plural housing boxes 14 arranged along the supporting plates 10 and 12 between the supporting plates 10 and 12. The housing box 14 is provided with plural bottom pieces 22 to be separated from each other at the time of folding the housing box 14 and be overlapped with each other to form a bottom surface 14e at the time of assembling the housing box 14 and locking parts 24a and 24b formed on both side faces 14a and 14b on the side of the supporting plates 10 and 12. The supporting plates 10 and 12 are provided with engaging parts 16a and 16b for locking the locking parts 24a and 24b.
