PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact combined detachably with a refill case for keeping cosmetics, in which the direction of the detachable refill case can be turned against the cast to obtain better usage of the refill case. SOLUTION: A refill case 17 keeping cosmetics K is detachably combined with a case 1. The plane shape of the repository of a case body 2 and the plane shape of the main part of the refill case 17 are symmetric with regard to the center point and are the same in shape. Engaging parts M for combining the case body 2 with the refill case 17 are arranged symmetrically with regard to the center point. Thus, the refilling container is combined with the case body 2 so as to be able to turn.
