Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent backflow of exhaust gas from an inner pipe, i.e., an exhaust pipe from a toilet, to an outer pipe, i.e., an exhaust pipe from bathtub. SOLUTION: An inner pipe 3 is set in an outer pipe 2 while matching the forward end parts and a thermally expanding fireproof sealing material 5 is provided on the inner face at the forward end of the outer pipe 2 while spaced apart constantly from the outer surface 3a of the inner pipe. An auto-release fireproof damper 9 comprising semicircular twin blades 8 is disposed in the inner pipe 3 wherein the twin blades 8 are superposed in the longitudinal direction of the inner pipe 3 and clamped with a temperature fuse 10.
