The attaching parts 71, 72 are welded with a width center of a rear inclining part 66 in a lower pipe of a car body frame, the end part and center folding parts 77, 78 are disposed on the whole width of the rear inclining part 66, and the folding part 76 is welded from the rear inclining part 66 extending over a cross pipe 58.
