EXHAUST DEVICE SUPPORTING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support an exhaust device with a simple and small sized structure, and with small number of part items by disposing a stay attaching surface and a holding part to form a bracket from a piece of flat plate, in a device for supporting an exhaust device by attaching the stay to the bracket welded with a car body frame. SOLUTION: A bracket 41 is formed of one flat plate, and is composed of attaching parts 71, 72 for attaching a stay, folding parts 73, 74; 75, 76 bent from the attaching parts 71, 72, end part folding part 77 bent from the holding part 73, a center folding part 78 for connecting end parts of the folding parts 74, 75 to each other, and nuts 83 attached to back surfaces of attaching surfaces 81, 82 of the attaching parts 71, 72. The attaching parts 71, 72 are welded with a width center of a rear inclining part 66 in a lower pipe of a car body frame, the end part and center folding parts 77, 78 are disposed on the whole width of the rear inclining part 66, and the folding part 76 is welded from the rear inclining part 66 extending over a cross pipe 58.
