BELT TO CAUSE ABDOMINAL BREATHING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a belt which causes abdominal breathing and promotes energy by applying further pressure to the abdomen and waist with a belt tightening the abdomen so as to hold and raise it and a discoid part attached to a buckle. SOLUTION: This belt comprises a discoid part A pressing the abdomen and metal fittings E and F each at an angle to change the direction of the belt so as to make it easier to hold the abdomen around right and left hipbone attached inside a buckle D, and parts B and N aiming pressure effects around the waist attached inside the fittings E and F. Furthermore, a strap fastened to the lower part of the fittings E and F is fixed by linking to a hook on a front part of the belt passing under the crotch so that the belt does not go up.
