MAINTENANCE DEVICE AND MAINTENANCE METHOD FOR ELEVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a maintenance work in a place, where the maintenance work can be performed by providing the maintenance equipment of a hoist in a place separated from the hoist and control board set within an elevator shaft for raising and lowering a car where the maintenance work can be performed. SOLUTION: A maintenance control board 12 is embedded in the back of a first floor hall control board 1B, and a main circuit wire 13a is bypassed and led to the maintenance control board 12. At maintenance, the first floor hall control board 1B is removed, and the maintenance control board 12 is exposed and laid in operable state. A current measuring probe and a voltmeter are engaged with the main circuit wire 13a to measure the current and voltage of the main circuit wire 13a. According to this, the voltage measurement and current measurement of an electric motor 9a can be performed without entering an elevator shaft 1. Namely, the maintenance work of a hoist 9 can be performed without entering the elevator shaft 1, depending on the situation.
