Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sinker which is used for scattering collecting baits (ground baits) for fishing and for opening a port for scattering the collecting baits (ground baits) after arriving at a shelf, and to provide a fishing device together used with the sinker. SOLUTION: A remote control device is disposed on a sinker, and the fishing device is formed in a swing-like shape. The remote control device is operated by using the weight, volume and fluid resistance of the sinker 1 in water and pulling from a fishing line. Thereby, the scattered baits can effectively be used, and the waiting of a strike can be enjoyed for a long time. A bait can certainly be carried to the shelf, and the result for fishing an objective fish can be expected.
