Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive elastomer composition for forming a thermally conductive elastomer of a thin film having small variations of a mounting size by using sintered ceramics functioned as a spacer and the thermally conductive elastomer using the composition. SOLUTION: A liquid-like silicone elastomer composition 15 comprises sintered ceramics 16 in such a manner that a mean particle size of the ceramics 16 is 5 times or above as large as that of a thermally conductive filler. In the case of mounting a heating element 11 of a metal plate 12, an interval between the element 11 and the plate 12 becomes substantially constant by the ceramics 16. According to the thermally conductive elastomer composition, variations of a mounting size are small, and the elastomer composition capable of forming the thin film thermally conductive elastomer is obtained.
